The PPCw1 backsheet adopts a precisely designed two-layer structure:
1. Outer layer using specially formulated reinforced PET material:
- Thickness precisely controlled at 250±10μm
- Contains UV absorber and stabilizer compound formula
- Surface treated with corona to enhance interface bonding
- Passes ISO 527-3 tensile testing standard
2. Bonding layer utilizing independently developed fluorinated coating curing technology:
- Employs special fluorocarbon resin system
- Forms dense network structure after curing
- Initial peel strength ≥80N/cm
- Passes 1000-hour aging test at 85°C/85%RH
Comprehensive Environmental Protection Performance
1. Weather resistance:
- Passes 150kWh/m² UV aging test
- Maintains stable performance after 3000-hour damp heat aging
- No cracks in -40°C low temperature impact test
- No deformation in 85°C high temperature storage test
2. Mechanical properties:
- Initial tensile strength ≥100MPa
- Tensile strength retention ≥85% after aging
- Elongation at break >120%
- Interlayer peel strength >6N/mm
Reliable Encapsulation Compatibility
1. Interface performance with EVA:
- Yellowing index ΔYI<3
- No interface delamination
- Bubble area <0.1%
- Complies with IEC 62788-2 standard testing
2. Long-term stability:
- Passes 200 thermal cycles (-40°C~85°C)
- No abnormalities after 50 freeze-thaw cycles
- No corrosion after 1000-hour salt spray test
- Passes 1000-hour ammonia test
