The TPCw2 backsheet is manufactured using precision multi-layer composite technology:

 

1. Weather-resistant layer using DuPont PVF fluoropolymer film:

 

- Thickness precisely controlled within 125±5μm range

 

- Incorporates high-efficiency UV absorbers and stabilizers

 

- Specially treated surface enhances interface bonding

 

- Certified through IEC 62788-2 standard testing

 

2. Bonding layer utilizing patented fluorinated coating curing technology:

 

- Special fluorocarbon resin forms 3D cross-linked structure

 

- Unique molecular design improves interface bonding strength

 

- Initial peel strength ≥80N/cm

 

- Validated by 3000-hour dual 85 (85°C/85%RH) aging tests
