The Mow1 backsheet is produced using precision multi-layer co-extrusion technology:
- 5-layer specially designed polyolefin composite structure
- Interlayer bonding achieved through molecular-level co-crystallization
- Functional layer thickness precisely controlled within ±5μm
- Continuous production process ensures product consistency

- >85% mechanical property retention after 3000h damp heat aging

- Co-crystallization interface bonding force exceeds 200N/cm

 

- No delamination after 1000h at 85°C/85%RH

 

- No abnormalities after 200 thermal cycles (-40°C~85°C)
