The TPP1 backsheet features a precision-engineered multi-layer composite structure:

 

1. Weather-resistant layer using high-quality PVF fluoropolymer film:

 

- Thickness precisely controlled within 125±5μm range

 

- Incorporates high-efficiency UV absorbers and stabilizers

 

- Specially treated surface enhances interface bonding

 

- Certified through IEC 62788-2 standard testing

 

2. Bonding layer with self-developed PO film:

 

- Manufactured by three-layer co-extrusion for uniform, dense structure

 

- Melting point ≥160°C ensures high-temperature stability

 

- Reflectivity ≥85% improves module power generation efficiency

 

- Special formulation enhances long-term weather resistance

1. Electrical insulation performance:

 

- Volume resistivity >1×10¹⁶Ω·cm
