The CPCw1 backsheet uses a specially formulated damp-heat resistant PET base material. After rigorous 2,090 hours of dual 85 (85°C/85% RH) aging tests, the backsheet retains excellent flexibility with no signs of embrittlement or cracking. This ensures superior mechanical strength even in high-temperature, high-humidity conditions, preventing module failure caused by material degradation.

The CPCw1’s adhesive layer is also formed by fluorinated coating curing, ensuring outstanding compatibility with EVA encapsulants and forming a stable, reliable bonding interface. This structure not only provides long-term thermal stability but also effectively withstands localized high-temperature impacts caused by hot spots. It meets UV aging requirements exceeding 200 kWh/m², eliminating delamination risks during long-term operation.
